Certified Public Accountant (CPA) responsibilities include:
1. Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP standards
2. Manage tax planning, preparation, and filing for individuals, corporations, and partnerships
3. Conduct audits and ensure compliance with IRS regulations and state tax laws
4. Provide strategic financial consulting and advisory services to clients
5. Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services
6. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
7. Implement and maintain internal control procedures
8. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
1. Active CPA license in good standing
2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3. Minimum 3 years of public accounting experience
4. Proficiency in US GAAP and tax compliance regulations
5. Experience with financial statement preparation and analysis
6. Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws
7. Expertise in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
